[Return & Exchange Policy]

Returns & Exchanges: We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your package. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags, protective packaging, and components intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items requested after the 7-day period.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, missing tags, or removed protective covers.

  • Minor loose threads or chalk marks that do not affect usage.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (subtracted from the final refund amount).

  • Defects or wrong items: Free exchange/return. Please contact us with photos/videos of the item.

How to Request: Please submit your request via My Account > Orders or contact us through our Inquiry page with your Order Number.
